'I needed a videographer for the next evening to film my first menopause meet up event... a biggie as I had Boots coming in. Jonathan was able to do it and confirmed there and then. We had some conversations in the 24hrs leading up to it around what I was looking for, and come the evening, he was prompt and already setting up equipment when I walked in.
